Needs-based Treatment Guarantee —We will do everything we can here at Crestone Detox to make it possible for prospective clients to find treatment for a drug or alcohol addiction that meets their needs. There are instances when for various reasons, our rehab center may not provide the best treatment option for a client and their family, depending on factors like their care needs and health insurance and financial considerations.

If/when our admissions criteria cannot accommodate a prospective client and their family, we are committed to pointing them in the direction of other addiction recovery resources that will better serve their particular needs.

We Accept All Major Insurance

We are an out-of-network provider with all major insurance companies, meaning we work with PPO policies. You can check with your insurance company to determine if your policy provides benefits for out-of-network residential addiction treatment. In addition, our insurance specialists can assist you in getting the information you need to explore the options available for your specific health insurance coverage. We can let you know approximately how much your policy will cover, but keep in mind that each policy is unique so reimbursement rates vary.

Insurance companies have different daily rates they pay for detox, including regular residential and what they call partial hospitalization; and the number of each of these is different for each client depending upon need. We can’t guarantee how much the insurance will actually pay, but we do our best to give you an honest, conservative estimate. Call today to speak with our intake coordinator at 512-352-0031 A few questions will determine whether you have out-of-network benefits.
